Access to Mentorship, Representation and Justice
The Ontario Association of Black Paralegals supports Black paralegals, law clerks and students through mentorship, professional development and community advocacy designed to help members grow, succeed and lead within the legal system.
We work to address systemic barriers by creating opportunities for education, dialogue and professional support, while also equipping allies across the legal community with the tools and knowledge needed to help advance equity in the workplace.
By bringing professionals together in a collaborative, transparent and supportive environment, OABP creates a trusted community where members can share experiences, build connections and move their careers forward with confidence.
